From the Pentecostal Baptist Community to ATMOS CHURCH

After more than a decade of walking, growth, and spiritual maturity, we understood that God was leading us into a new season. The church grew, the vision expanded, and the ministerial reach began to go beyond the walls and limits we once knew.

In prayer, fasting, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, we understood that it was time to renew not just our structure, but also our identity. Thus, ATMOS CHURCH was born—not as a new church, but as the continuation and expansion of the Pentecostal Baptist Community.

Why ATMOS?

The word ATMOS comes from atmosphere. It represents exactly what God has called us to be:

An environment where Jesus is exalted;

An atmosphere of intense worship;

A place where the Holy Spirit has freedom;

A church that creates a space for healing, transformation, and new beginnings.

ATMOS CHURCH is not just a modern name — it is a prophetic statement. It is the expression of what we live, believe, and carry as our spiritual identity.

• We changed the name to reach even more people and clearly communicate who we are today.

• We expanded our vision, making it more contemporary, mission-driven, and focused on new generations.

• We updated our language, making it accessible, light, and relevant to all audiences.​

• Our biblical faith remains the same.

• Our doctrine continues firm and faithful to the Scriptures.

• Our passion for the presence of the Holy Spirit has only grown.

• Our mission to win souls and make disciples remains intact.

A New Time, the Same Voice of God

The name change did not erase our history — it expanded it.
Atmos Church is the natural extension of the work God began in 2013. We are the same spiritual family, now with an identity more aligned with the purpose God has revealed to us for this new cycle.

We believe the coming years will be marked by:
